Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk - NEW YORK CITY

Born from the tragedy of 9/11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation carries forward a legacy of courage and heroism. Built upon the mantra, “While we have time, LET US DO GOOD,” the Foundation supports our nation’s fallen and catastrophically injured first responders, military heroes and their families. 

On the first anniversary of his passing, we are running in Jon Frieman’s honor and memory. He loved participating in this run to raise money for the families of fallen veterans. Jon truly embodied the foundation’s mantra. Jon was a captain in the Infantry, and deployed to Egypt and Iraq. He lost his life to brain cancer, the presumed result of exposure during his military service. Join us, and honor him and all those who fell protecting the rest of us.
